API Requests	Description
Unique ID (UUID)	Required. Specifies the authentication scheme.
Date or x-ms-date	Required. Specifies the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) for the request.
x-version	Required for all authenticated requests, optional for anonymous requests. Specifies the version of the operation to use for this request.
Range	Optional. Return only the bytes of the blob in the specified range.
Reply	Optional. Submit a string to be broadcast through push notification services
x-reply-var	Optional. Submit a string to be broadcast through push notification services to specific user or user range
sub-post-var	Optional. Submit data for table storage.
sub-get-range	Optional. Retrieve table data. If range is set to 0 the full is set returned.
